Ontario Non-profit Housing Association (ONPHA) 

ONPHA is Ontario’s largest association representing non-profit housing providers. Over five years I led the full digital presence — redesigning site architecture for a complex membership audience, managing content across policy, advocacy and events, and handling platform upgrades and system migrations. The site served thousands of housing professionals and became a primary resource for the sector. (2015-2020)

Canadian Independent Booksellers Association

Designed and built the web presence for a national association representing independent bookstores across Canada. Handled full site and page design alongside content creation and management, establishing a clean professional identity for an organization advocating for independent retail at a critical time for the industry. (2020 – Ongoing)

Canadian Auto Dealers Association
Two years of ongoing UX consultation, design and front-end development for one of Canada’s largest automotive industry associations. Work included UX mockups, interface design, coding, testing and deployment across multiple projects and site updates serving a national dealer network. (2022-2024)

Real Estate Business Institute
Extended engagement with a U.S.-based real estate education institute. Delivered UX consultation, design mockups, front-end development, testing and deployment across multiple cycles. Work supported a professional education platform used by real estate agents and brokers across North America. (2022-2024)
